During the fall, your chances of catching airway diseases increases. Diseases like whooping cough, colds and flu circulate and affect many people. These illnesses can be very dangerous and even deadly for infants, young children, and those who have underlying health conditions. If you have an interest in how you can protect yourself and your loved ones from contagious sicknesses, come in and see your TFN Public Health Nurses.
NO APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED. Just drop by the Elders Centre from 1–4pm on the third Thursday of the month to meet with TFN’s Public Health Nurses. If you prefer to arrange for a private appointment at another date/time, please contact a nurse directly. Janet: 604-507-5411 / Lucy: 604-507-5438
