DESCRIPTION:Community Feast in Support of Loretta Williams Sponsored by TFN Farm School \nKwantlen Polytechnic University Farm School is grateful for being able to farm on Tsawwassen First Nation land and provide the community with organic produce. To show our appreciation for the community\, the land and its bounty\, we will be hosting an end-of-season feast for everyone! \nEntry is by donation\, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Loretta Williams house fire fund. There will also be 50/50 tickets available (Bakers dozen for $10)\, and Raffle tickets (3 for $10). The draw will take place after the dinner. \nWe will have the honour of having Chef Paul from Squamish Nation to cook this meal. He has a food truck business\, Mr. Bannock\, and is passionate about bringing Indigenous cuisine to the table. \nMenu\nSlow smoked pulled pork bannock sandwiches\, with fresh apple and cranberry coleslaw\nCreamy squash mash potatoes\nMaple spiced root veggies\nBBQ pork stuffed squash\nWild rice\nDessert: bannock waffles with chocolate \nCash donations can be sent by e-transfer to Loretta or Dawn at law.housefire@gmail.com
