SUMMARY:12-Unit Duplex Project Tour
DESCRIPTION:As part of our “Bringing Members Home Initiative”\, TFN has identified Lots A and B on Cormorant Way\, for the opportunity to provide member housing. Lot A and B are currently being developed to provide 12 turn-key duplexes along Falcon Way for Member ownership. These will be fee-simple Individual lots and are estimated to be completed in the Summer of 2024. Members who are interested in these homes are invited to join a tour of a similar completed duplex unit built by the same developer. Waitlist information will be provided prior to the tour. \nPlease meet at the Lands Large Boardroom (2460 Falcon Way) for refreshments and waitlist information prior to us walking to the completed duplex for touring. Please be advised that the tour will be walking\, please dress accordingly.

This meeting will be hybrid\, we will gather in person at the Lands office (2460 Falcon Way) and attendees will also have the option to join virtually via MS Teams. Please be advised that HAC will be meeting on MS Teams from now on\, not using the Zoom platform. MS Teams may need to be downloaded on your device prior to the meeting.
