Members Gathering/AGM 2021

We invite all Members and their spouses to join us online from 8:45 am -12:30 pm (pre-registration is not required). This year’s agenda includes video presentations from the CAO and departments, presentations from the Auditor and the TFN Tax Transition Panel, and the signing of the renewed Relationship Agreement with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. An event website is now accessible, where you will find the link to join the AGM, a digital copy of the Annual Report, and a form to provide feedback. Over the coming days copies of the presentations will also be added. In order to access the site you will need to set up an account using the following steps:
- Go to https://tfnagm-2021.can.chime.live and click Register
- Fill in your information (make sure to include an email address and/or a cell phone number), create a password and click Send
- A 6-digit numerical code will be sent to you to complete the process – you can choose if you want to get the code by email or by text
- Once you receive the code, enter that into the site and your account set up will be complete.
We encourage Members to set up the Chime site account in advance, so that you are ready to log in on the day of the AGM.
For parents who are attending the virtual AGM, please note that the Youth Center – After School Care Room will be open from 8:00 am-1:00 pm on Oct 2nd for drop in (ages 6+). Please enter the room through the gated play area on the back of the building.
