Tsawwassen First Nation is committed to supporting our Members on their employment and career journeys. Whether you’re looking for your first job, exploring a new field, or building skills to move into higher-paying roles, TFN Employment & Skills Development connects you with opportunities, training, and trusted partners, every step of the way.
This is more than just finding a job. It’s about building long-term careers and creating pathways to success for TFN Members.
Opportunities That Work for You
TFN works closely with a growing network of employment partners to share job opportunities across a wide range of industries. Many of these roles are local, accessible, and offer room to grow — including unique positions available only on TFN Lands.
What you’ll find here:
- Current job postings from trusted employment partners
- Entry-level roles with pathways to advancement
- Careers across marine, logistics, natural resources, retail, trades, administration, and more
- Opportunities that offer on-the-job training and certifications
Entry-level doesn’t mean limited. Many TFN Members start in one role and grow into long-term, higher-paying careers.

Our employment partners are more than employers — they are collaborators invested in TFN’s long-term success. Partners include organizations operating on or near TFN Lands and across the region, such as:
- Port of Vancouver
- GCT
- Seaspan
- And other regional and industry partners
These partners offer meaningful employment opportunities and are open to working with TFN Members at different stages of their career journey.
