Tsawwassen, BC – Tsawwassen First Nation (TFN), through its economic development corporation, has officially launched Phase 2 of its industrial lands development at 4456 Salish Sea Way, offering a rare, large‑format industrial opportunity adjacent to Canada’s largest port gateway.
The site offers a leasehold interest in Tsawwassen fee simple lands, zoning certainty, and a streamlined approval process, positioning TFN as a strategic industrial landlord and treaty‑based government.
“This development reflects Tsawwassen First Nation’s vision for responsible economic growth,” said Chief Laura Cassidy. “Through our treaty, we are able to support trade‑enabling infrastructure while ensuring development aligns with our values of culture, care, and community.”
TFN is seeking long‑term, values‑aligned tenants through a public RFP process.
“Phase 2 represents a unique opportunity in a highly constrained industrial market,” said Ryan Daum, Economic Development Manager for Tsawwassen First Nation. “The location, scale, and certainty we can offer make this site especially attractive to logistics, port‑oriented, and industrial users.”
Additional details, including the RFP package, are available on the Tsawwassen First Nation website.
