Thank you for bearing with us as we work through the evolving and changing nature of this pandemic and work to support our community as best we can.
We have made some recent changes to the grocery support program, as the program has grown significantly over the past couple of weeks. We are no longer able to buy customized shopping lists. From now on, Members can choose from a list provided by TFN and we will pick up those items for you.
We have put together a form where eligible families and individuals can order necessities and staples on a weekly basis that will be delivered on Wednesdays. Please go here and fill out all the necessary fields: TFN Weekly Food Delivery Ordering Form.
For non-essential items that you are unable to receive through this program, H&SS is recommending that each family group choose a healthy family member to shop on behalf of that family for those items, once per week as per the health recommendations.
Those eligible for the Grocery Support Program include Elders, single parents, those with compromised immune systems and others needing food support at this time.
Important notes:
- Orders need to be submitted no later than Monday at 4pm!
- Order forms need to be submitted every week
