As part of our “Bringing Members Home Initiative”, TFN has identified Lots A and B on Cormorant Way, for the opportunity to provide member housing. Lot A and B are currently being developed to provide 12 turn-key duplexes along Falcon Way for Member ownership. These will be fee-simple Individual lots and are estimated to be completed in the Summer of 2024. Members who are interested in these homes are invited to join a tour of a similar completed duplex unit built by the same developer. Waitlist information will be provided prior to the tour.
