Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the eligible voters of the Tsawwassen First Nation will be held in the Tsawwassen First Nation Recreation Centre, located at 1929 Tsawwassen Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. on the 15th day of December, 2022, beginning at 5:00 o’clock P.M. and lasting for at least two hours, for the purpose of nominating candidates for the position of one (1)Legislator of the said First Nation for the remainder of the term. One (1) Legislator position is available. The By-election will be held at the Tsawwassen First Nation Recreation Centre, located at 1929 Tsawwassen Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. on January 25, 2023
