Penny Denise Lefort “One Cent” (nee Jacobs)

The Jacobs and Joe families sadly announce the sudden passing of Penny Denise “One Cent” Lefort.
She will be remembered as a warrior who beat cancer once and was ready to do it again when it came back, but her body was tired and knew it was time to rest.
Her love, laughter, kindness and passion for her family and friends will be deeply missed.
Penny is survived by her siblings Barbara Joe, Tony Jacobs (Charlene), Deanna Jacobs, and Tyrone Jacobs (Shelley), her son and daughter, grandson, twin granddaughters, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is predeceased by husband Robert Lefort; parents Rick Jacobs and Norma Joe; sister Donna Grann (nee Jacobs); and brother Peter Jacobs.
A service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tsawwassen First Nation Recreation Center, 1929 Tsawwassen Drive, Tsawwassen, BC. Interment to follow at the Tsawwassen Cemetery and a luncheon at the Recreation Centre.
