Salish Eagle Subdivision Project – Site Works and Traffic Management Information

Please be advised that construction activities associated with the Salish Eagle Subdivision Project are scheduled to begin on August 4, 2026, and are expected to continue for approximately six (6) months. Temporary traffic management measures will be implemented throughout the duration of the work to ensure the safety of workers, residents, pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists.

Traffic Management Information
To facilitate construction activities, temporary traffic control measures will be in place, including:
  • Sidewalk closures adjacent to the work area.
  • Signed pedestrian detours and designated crossing locations.
  • Temporary traffic control devices and signage.
  • Restoration of existing lane alignments at the end of each shift, where applicable.
  • Construction vehicle access via the east leg of Fisherman Way to Salish Sea Drive.
Traffic Management Plan (TMP)
A Traffic Management Plan has been developed to minimize disruption while maintaining safe passage for all road users. The attached map identifies the work area, sidewalk closures, pedestrian detours, and trucking route.
