Tsawwassen First Nation uses Social Pinpoint as our online engagement platform to share information about projects and gather feedback from Members and leaseholders.

This platform supports open, transparent communication and helps ensure community voices are heard early and throughout decision-making processes.


What is Social Pinpoint?

Social Pinpoint is an interactive online platform where you can:

  • Learn about current and upcoming TFN projects and initiatives

  • View project details, timelines, and background information

  • Share feedback, ideas, and concerns directly with TFN

  • See how community input helps inform planning and decisions

Whether a project is in early planning or moving toward implementation, Social Pinpoint provides a clear and accessible way to stay informed and involved.

Anyone visiting the platform can explore project information, and registered participants can submit feedback through surveys, mapping tools, comment boards, and other interactive features.


How to Get Involved

Getting started is easy:

  2. Browse active or past engagement projects

  3. Click into a project to learn more

  4. Share your feedback using the tools provided

You can participate at your own pace and return to projects as new updates are posted.


What Happens to Your Feedback?

All feedback collected through Social Pinpoint is reviewed by TFN staff and shared with project teams and leadership as part of the decision-making process.

When possible, TFN will provide updates on:

  • What we heard from the community

  • How feedback was considered

  • Next steps for the project

This ensures accountability and closes the loop on engagement.
