Mail-in ballot packages for the TFN General Election were mailed out to all eligible voters on September 15th 2022. If you have not yet received a mail-in ballot package and you intend to vote by mail, please call OneFeather Support at 1-855-923-3006. If you are voting by mail, your mail-in ballot must be received by the Election Officer by the close of voting on October 15th 2022. Members can also vote in person at the TFN Recreation Centre on October 15th, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Members who are voting in person are permitted to bring mail-in ballots for other voters and deposit them into the ballot box, provided the ballot is properly signed and sealed according to the instructions.
For Members who reside in the USA who have concerns about their mail-in ballot being received in time, the following options are available:
- If you have a family member or friend who is coming to Tsawwassen Lands to vote in person, they can bring your signed and sealed mail-in ballot with them and deposit it into the ballot box
- If you need to send your mail-in ballot by express post or overnight mail, please keep your receipts and TFN will be able to reimburse you for the cost
