The Həleləm Collective is a non-profit organization committed to creating culturally aligned, sustainable housing solutions for Tsawwassen First Nation (TFN). Our Board of Directors plays a vital role in shaping housing policies, overseeing asset and property management, and leading development projects that reflect TFN’s values of sovereignty, self-determination, and land stewardship. By fostering decolonized governance, we centre TFN leadership and ensure community-driven decision-making.
